We cordially invite you to participate in the eighth annual Golden West EAA Regional Fly-In to be held June 29, 30, and July 1, 2007.  This year’s fly-in is at the Yuba County Airport (MYV), Marysville, CA, and we are sure you will share our excitement about the many advantages of this location.  

The central location of our home at Yuba County Airport (MYV) means that Golden West attracts aviation enthusiasts from all over the West. Many travel from Southern California and most come from Northern California including Sacramento (40 minutes) and the San Francisco Bay area (90 minutes).  We are planning attendance of 12,000 for the 2007 Fly-in with 1,000 aircraft.

This event is your opportunity to reach sport aviation’s largest market – the West.  By participating as an exhibitor, you will find the Golden West EAA Regional Fly-In a cost-effective way to meet your customers and give them the chance to see your product in person.  We are planning space for 90 exhibitors this year.  The aircraft exhibits are on the ramp in front of the tower.  This is closer to the crowd line and should improve your traffic, making exhibiting at Golden West EAA Regional Fly-In an even better value.  We will be promoting it all under the name “Golden West Aero Mall” and expect more traffic than in prior years.   As space is limited please book early in order to select the best location. In addition to product display space, we have designed other opportunities at the Golden West EAA Regional Fly-In that you can leverage to gain visibility and recognition for your company and its products: 

Like extra fuel tanks an advertisement in the Event Program will help you get more mileage from your Exhibit Space. Every attendee gets an Event Program.  Event Programs will also be distributed in the Marysville/Yuba City area prior to the opening of the Fly-in and many attendees save the Event Program year to year.  By presenting a forum or workshop at the Golden West EAA Regional Fly-In you can both educate your customers about your products and share your expertise with your fellow sport aviation enthusiasts.  Nothing shows off an Aircraft like seeing it in flight.  We encourage Aircraft Exhibitors to showcase their Aircraft in the Manufactures Showcase Fly-by, please submit Showcase Form so we can make arrangements and provide you with the necessary information.  With the new exhibitor layout and additional announcing staff showcasing will be easier than ever.
