The Fly-In Planning Committee generally meets at 10 am on the third Saturday of each month to
report individual committee status and discuss projects and plans for the upcoming month. All
volunteers are welcome to attend the Fly-In Planning Meeting.

Work Parties
|
|
From time to time, Work Parties are scheduled to accomplish tasks that are more effectively
completed with a crew of 8 to 10 (or more) volunteers working as a team. In the past, Work Parties have
successfully constructed and painted our ticket booths, the announcers stand, aircraft registration and
information booths. Work Party teams also perform maintenance on our storage facilities.

Board of Directors Meetings

The Board of Directors of Golden West Aviation Association, Inc.
meets as needed and often in conjunction with a Planning Meeting.
The schedule is not available at this time.
Meeting attendance is generally limited to Board Members and Invited Guests. If you have a topic
that you wish to have addressed by the Board, please contact President
John Gibson.
